3. CONTINUING EDUCATION
Certain TPS programs may be eligible for continuing education (“CE”) credit. CE eligibility, approval, credit hours, jurisdictions, professions, attendance requirements, and reporting requirements may vary by event.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, registration for a TPS event does not guarantee that CE credit will be accepted by a participant's licensing board or jurisdiction.
Participants are responsible for confirming whether a program satisfies their individual licensing or renewal requirements. TPS may require attendance verification, completion of evaluations, participation for a specified period, or other requirements before issuing CE documentation.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering for TPS programs or services.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize TPS and its payment processor to charge the applicable amount according to the terms presented at purchase.
For installment plans or recurring memberships, you authorize recurring charges according to the schedule disclosed when you enroll until the applicable payment obligation is completed or the membership is cancelled in accordance with its terms.
You remain responsible for amounts incurred before an effective cancellation.
6. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND TRANSFERS
Refund, cancellation, transfer, and rescheduling terms may vary by program, event, membership, or service.
Any specific cancellation or refund policy presented during registration or contained in a written agreement will govern that purchase. Unless a different policy is expressly stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable once the applicable program, service, event, or membership period has begun. TPS may, at its discretion, permit registration transfers or credits toward a future offering.
TPS reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify an event or program due to circumstances reasonably requiring a change.
If TPS cancels an offering without providing a reasonable replacement or alternative, TPS may provide an appropriate refund or credit.
Travel, lodging, transportation, lost income, and other expenses incurred by participants are their own responsibility and are not reimbursable by TPS.
